Hi Everyone,

Well it has been a long time and especially this last time. I can fully say the best and worst of Korea have come my way. Usually I am leaving Korea quickly and don't get to say a goodbye to people on the board.

But all things must come to an end and it is kind of fun not knowing the future anyhow.

I will miss the people on Dave's who have come and gone.

I probably knew some of you in real life but hey, not sure so my bags packed and I am ready for home a place I miss dearly.

See you all..

You might be back, you might not. But, geez, I wish that Korea didn't make it so damn easy to live here. I've got a dead easy job, fantastic director, good students, kickass apartment and a schedule in which I am at the school for a grand total of 5 hours. Throw in the free airfare, yearly vacations, saving a nice chunk of money and other goodies, and it is hard to leave such a situation to go back to uncertainty. Sometimes I wish the jobs would dry up so that I would be more motivated to look back home. Ah, well, I'll continue to slack... Laughing

So long - as they say, "We hardly knew ya!" Sad

(In this case I think the expression is aptly used in that noone here seems to know the OP from adam)

Well, RMNC, yeah, I've been in Korea for awhile so I had connections with this gig. I've paid my dues in Korea, many times over, so I figure I had it coming. Anyhow, my job is probably as cushy as job as you can get. Like I said in another thread, it is like a paid vacation. My salary is pretty high considering I have such low working hours(yes, from the time I arrive at the school to when I leave...5 hours total Laughing . I am enjoying it a great deal. The school doesn't need any new teachers right now(and for the foreseeable future), but if you are interested in a gig sometime in May of next year, let me know and I'll pass your resume to my director.
