I read that the RCMP is starting to do electronic background checks. This is supposed to speed up the process significately. However, I don't know any of the details of it yet. Has anyone used this service before?

Not available outside of Canada.

| Yeah I can get this done in Canada. Hopefully they will also supply a VSS search along with it. I am going to call the RCMP and get more details on it. Also, for some strange reason you cannot download the CRC form from the RCMP website anymore. |

| The VSS is not provided for employment outside Canada. That's why korean immigration dropped it as a requirement......... |

Are you planning on sending your friend in Canada your fingers for scanning? Maybe a little hard to teach in korea while your fingers are back in Canada getting printed....... |
