I was wondering what nice beaches I can go to for the Chuseok. I would prefer the east coast in the province of Gangwon-do. Thanks!
I read about Sokcho beach but it appears it is only open for 42 days? |

In most cases, "open" means that during that time there are actually life guards on duty and people renting out umbrellas and inner tubes. It doesn't mean you can't go to the beach outside of the beach season. No one will stop you. |

I completely agree. Lol it will be totally deserted except for the "crazy" foreigners. |
