It would seem to beat the ipad on everything but screen size.......which would be a good or bad thing depending on what size of screen you prefer.
Android 2.2 is supposed to be awesome.......can't wait to get it on my Galaxy S.
I don't know....I'd need at least one day with each device to decide. |

It does have impressive specs...unfortunately it looks like you'll have to be locked into a contract to get one at a reasonable price as they're letting carriers decide the price point. |

Wow, this tablet makes PHONE CALLS!
Instead of holding this monster thing to your ear, its designed to handle phone calls via speakerphone/bluetooth headset.
Sure, its too damn big to fit in your pocket. I could definitely rock one of these bad boys. |

I'm surprised they haven't announced a wifi-only version of this. Using the phone features with a bluetooth headset will probably be fine for some situations, but who could possibly use this as their primary phone? You might be able to take it to work with you in a bag or carry it easily in your car, but who would want to carry something that big everywhere that they need a phone?
I guess maybe they want to have 3G data, and figured they might as well throw the phone in as well. I hope carriers at least offer data-only plans for it. |

Looks pretty cool, but I'm confused as to why they say the iPad isn't a phone. I've used mine with Skype many times.
To me, I think that there would definitely be a place for a smaller 7" screen. |

"baaaaaa baaaaaa hello?
baaaaa baaaaa baaabyeeeee", a phone call on a Galaxy tablet
on a serious note, if they offer a non 3G service as well, it would be a hands down best tablet out there.
however if you have to be locked into the 3g plan in order to use it, i highly doubt it will be popular anywhere else except from Korea.
like someone else mentioned, having to pay for two 3g services is a bit pointless |
