First post, can't decide if this is best for the Technology of General discussion forum but...

I would like to watch college football again this year. I did last year here in Korea using a service called ESPN 360 Europe (which was about $25 a month). Something has changed when I recently visited it and it seemed to only be displaying European sports and not available to South Korea any longer.

I enjoy the pay service because it archives games, so I don't have to watch them live or through a streaming, poor quality broadcast for free.

NFL has a gamepass for overseas folks.
Anybody figured this out yet for NCAA?

Thanks!

Sorry, but I just can't bring myself to pay for football. I don't pay for it back home and I won't pay for it here. There are plenty of sites with free college football, NFL games. Don't make the NFL richer. I'm currently watching LSU maul North Carolina

I had exactly the same experience. I used ESPN 360 last year, but this year they seem to have locked Korea out. I went back to channelsurfing.net and was able to watch an entire game without interruption, unlike last year when after 10 minutes or so you'd get the too many viewers from your country message and a chance to sign up and pay to watch more.

Did you try e-mailing ESPN to find out what's up with their new access policy?

I watched the Michigan v U Conn game today using ATDHE.net.

To access ESPN360 (It's ESPN3 right now isn't it?), I've been using a VPN to my University, and then accessing it. But, there is sometimes a blackout region, and you won't be able to watch it if your school falls in that region.

Otherwise, just crappy streams so far.

I watched the LSU - UNC game (need to change "maul" in that previous post...came down to the last play) and then Wisconsin MAUL Las Vegas at RMT today. Not many people there, and they put the games on no problem.

For you Big Ten fans, you can get access to all Big Ten Network games online for like $60 for the season. To all you other conferences, sucks for you...you should get your own network.

This website has a schedule of streamed games if you want to watch at home:

Yeah, except for all those other conferences that they show on ESPN Rolling Eyes

PS: You can't call your conference, or your team, mighty again for the entire season since you lost to JACKSONVILLE STATE.

Are there any bars that play re-runs of ESPN games? I'm a Virginia Tech grad and I all the games last year... painful. I had to watch youtube clips of the highlights.

Actually, we have a deal with ESPN.. They broadcast every single SEC game.

And I'm glad Ole Miss lost, i went to Mississippi State and we creamed Memphis 49-7. But yeah, that's pretty sad.

Lol...yes...but the point is that your conference doesnt have its own network...you just have a contract with a network to play your football games.

ESPN is as much the SEC's as NBC is "Notre Dame's own network".

GO HOKIES!!!! God must be a Hokie because every fall he turns trees into maroon and orange.

I've been watching my games on Justin.TV. I got a buddy back home that has a slingbox that I also use to watch games.

Worst case scenario, I tell my buddies to point their webcam at their TV and I watch the game via skype or gtalk webcam feed.
