Orrrrrr.
You can install the vista language packs.
That worked for me .
I have English Russian and Korean on my work - top .
The time's in Russian!

You can get a windows 7 ultimate CD-key from ecrater for like 42,000. I did that and it worked great... till MS blocked the key. They gave me a new one after a few emails though and it's been fine since then, fingers crossed.

I just installed that, and it worked great! It's nice to have my laptop running Windiws 7 in Engligh!
