This is my position as well. |
It depends on what you mean by selfish.
If it means telling your neighbour about recycling and encouraging him to do the right thing, no problems.
If it means punching him in the face because you saw him put a plastic milk bottle in with the non-recyclables, then you have lost me. |
I'm not sure you understand exactly what was said. Leon is talking about what he feels the proper motivation for environmental thought is, not how one should act upon that thought. I don't think anyone is suggesting attacking anyone else. |

This is going incredibly off-topic, I know, but can someone explain to me the attraction of TYT? Cenk Uygur has apparently zero on-air personality or ability, as his commentary is little more than a series of brief summary of whatever video is being discussed, incoherent blubbering, and poorly delivered or just plain witless jokes. I can understand finding enjoyment in watching a political commentator of the same ideology as yourself, but there are much, much better alternatives out there. |

No! This video is right on target.
Global warming is going to cause serious problems and we may be too late to do anything about it. |
Found another version of the Greenshirt video.

The similiarity is striking. |

And of course, when an Asian American starts carrying on with expressions like "anchor baby filth", ya gotta think there might be some sort of personal psychological demons at work. |
Yep, I think it's pointless to look for reason in his actions. The dude was "out there." I have a question, though. Was he Korean-American? |

According to Wiki...
Quote: |
James Jay Lee (1967 September 1, 2010) was born to a Korean-American father and a Japanese mother, in Los Angeles, California and raised in Hawaii.[8] |
I don't know if "Korean-American father" implies that the father was an immigrant himself, or born to Korean parents in the US, or what the arrangement was. And I also don't know if James Lee would have qualified as an "anchor baby" himself. In any case, born and raised in the USA. |

He watched Avatar and V for Vendetta back to back, not a good plan.
In all seriousness though, humans would be a lot better off if we'd ease up on the baby-making. I'm not especially interested in the circumstances of other species, but they'd probably be better off too. |

Yes and no. Germany needs more babies, otherwise Germany will go down the pan. But in the Third World, some breeding control programs would be of great benefit. |

So, he was a korean-japanese american nutcase.
He could've started a firebombing japanese embassy for whale/dolphin hunting. |
