Has anyone else noticed KT's megapass internet service being slow lately?
About a month ago, I noticed some days I could only get up to speeds of 20 kb/s. I figured it was just some kind of server issue, especially when speeds were back to 250 kb/s a day or so later. But it's been happening more and more often, and for the past three days, I'm lucky if I even get 8 kb/s.
If it helps, I have a Macbook, and although I have a wireless router, I've been plugging directly into the wall with a LAN cord.
Also, does anyone happen to have a English-language phone extension for KT? I hate to ask my co-teacher, because we're in the middle of preparing for 3rd year exams, and she's really busy.  ((
