Do you think it's possible to be blacklisted if you turn down an interview for EPIK?

A few months ago I submitted an application for EPIK with one school in mind (a school in the town I taught in before). I was offered an interview with a different school in that town, but I turned it down in hopes to get a job with Choice #1.

Then, when Choice #1 became available, I wasn't chosen for the job. Now the person they hired has cancelled and they are hiring the position again.

I'm just hoping I didn't get blacklisted or something just because I turned down the previous interview. Has anyone had experience with this? I don't know how the selection process works, but I thought with a Masters degree and a year of experience in Korea that I had a pretty good shot before.
