| If you get a scooter with a 50CC engine or below, do you need a driver's license? I've heard conflicting reports on this question, anyone know for sure? |

Easy answer - Yes.
Anything with a motor requires a license. Under 125 just requires a driver's license, above that you need a motorcycle license. |
