CheongDahm-Dong Villa available Nov. 1st . I'm moving back to Cali.

It is a one-bedroom Villa. It has a separated living room/kitchen, a bedroom and a veranda. It is on the 1st Floor. Gets a lot of sunlight.

It is near line 7, Cheongdahm Station. Across the street from Rivera Hotel, behind an SK gas station. 15-20 min walk to Coex.

I put down 10,000,000 won and pay monthly 600,000 plus 30,000 for Gwali. This may go up a little. (Utils and Gas are separate bills)
