I was wondering if there might be schools in Korea that offer classes on guitar making, example, acoustic guitars.
I've thought of taking classes back home but it would be a great hobby if the opportunity existed here. |

I bought a guitar made locally by Kim Je Man. It's a classical guitar and not bad for the price I paid. I got it at what I think is called the Guitar Center in Jongno-sam ga (3) You know the guitar zone there? There's a very nice guitar store on the 2nd floor behind the main area where they sell Martins. NIce folks. Anyway, they sell one or two guitars that are made locally - maybe start with them on names and a way to contact. My guess is it could be hard communicating on technical issues but who knows.....let me know if you can decipher the above description?!  |
