Has anyone on here ever bought a coat from Top Leather in Itaewon?
How was the quality? Any complaints?
Are there any other places that anyone would reccomend?
Thanks |

Leather is murder.
More importantly though, it's just tacky. |

Murder? Thats cute.
Righteous unhelpful comments that in no way answer the question? Too preachy.
But thank you, message board stranger, for informing me that murder is less important than tackiness.
You have shown me the light. From this day forward I will only purchase animal products made from animals that have committed suicide or died of natural causes.
Helpful comments only. Please and thank you. |

Yes, I have.
Have had 3 very good leather jackets from Itaewon for good prices.
Remember to haggle.
I got a lovely basic silk lined black buffalo leather blazer for 100,000 in 2004 from 150,000 asking price.
Got a very good honey colour lambs wool lined Royal Airforce style flight bomber jacket (I hate those white lined ones which are usually fake wool) for 360,000 down from 400,000 (and twice the cost back home.)
I always pretend I only have a certain ammount of money on me (if it's 200, I'll show him 150 in cash and say it's all I've got till next month, when they see the cash, they go for it.) and ask for 5 business cards and promise to give them to friends if I get the discount. |

If you drive a motorcycle, it's damn-near essential. |
