Exactly sector7g! Right on brother!

It's all about quality and enjoying a nice fatty steak with two fried eggs and fried onions on top, washed down with some good beer or wine and a few smokes or a cigar afterwards! Not eating lettuce and wheat fiber and then being constipated all day!

Doctors' TV ad features a corpse holding a hamburger and the line 'I was lovin' it'
http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2010/sep/14/us-health-ad-targets-mcdonalds?CMP=twt_atn

An overweight, middle-aged man lies dead on a mortuary trolley, with a woman weeping over his body. The corpse's cold hand still clutches a half-eaten McDonald's hamburger.

Hey I still do that too on occasion. That is what I meant by the "everything in moderation including moderation" motto that I stated above. Never had a constipation problem from lettuce and fiber though. Gotta have my bran!!!

Nuts, seeds, fish, etc...

Animal fat should be on that list, as well. Just try to get organic meats.

Just try to avoid any food that has the destructive hand of man on it, whether that be steroid-injected factory farm meat or pesticide-laden crops and genetically-modified produce.

Some wild venison and backyard carrots would be better than all the *beep* put into manufacturing food these days.
