I'm leaving Korea soon.

Great location, in a villa between Sinchon and Hongdae. Shopping, nightlife, subway..... Clean, secure. Parking also.

Reposting this with updated info. Talked to the landlord and it is possible to stay short term 3-5 mo. or sign a year lease. 710,000 / month + 80,000 maintenance which gets you free high band internet and cable ready to go.

Posted it on Craigslist, more details there. Please go there for full details. Photos here

Cheers,

David

Just bumping this - see above, I edited and changed information. The landlord now says a short term stay or lease is possible.

We've had a few inquiries but because of Chuseok, it's quite slow.

The apartment is still available, click the links above for more info.

You can do a short term sublet for 5 months - or sign a year contract with the landlord (I have 20 mil down but that is certainly negotiable. Your key money is safe - the landlord has no debt and owns the whole building).

Great place to live, the #1 area in Korea for arts, entertainment.

Cheers,

DD

Sorry, not for 10 days or even a month.

You'd be better trying a love hotel or a yeoinsuk.

thanks,

David
