No im afraid not.
If it is your first time applying for a e-2 Visa you're required to do your application at your home country embassy so if your british thats in London.
If u have had an e2 visa before and are re-applying any Embassy is fine as far i as know |

Not for me, that was my first time getting an e-2
That is for after application has been filled out right, and the number has been issued? I did a program where I did a TESOL cert program in Thailand and then got a job in Korea, and they sent my visa issuance to Thailand, and there I did a run to the embassy and got my visa there, no problems. I never went to the embassy in my home country...
although I believe that is incredibly rare and I somehow completely got lucky..... |

No, they send it to you.
You go to the embassy/consulate and apply for the visa.
IF they wave the home country interview then you need:
visa fee
passport
application form (from the counter)
passport type photo
visa confirmation number
and you may need (at the whim of the consular officer):
degree (or copy)/ and/or sealed university transcripts and/or copy of your national CRC.

The consular officer who issues the visa can wave the interview (or do it via webcam/phone) as and if they deem it appropriate.
