I have a fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern Samsung apartment approximately 2-3 minutes walking distance from Jeungmi Station, Line 9 (Gangseo-gu) in Seoul, South Korea. The apartment is approximately 109 square meters in size (33 pyong or 1174 square feet).
It is conveniently located -- being roughly 25 minutes by subway from the cafes, restaurants, and bars of Hongdae; 15 minutes to Yeouido; 30 minutes to Gangnam; and 10 minutes to Gimpo International Airport. It is a 10 minute walk to the Han River where you can jog and ride bicycles as well as a 2-3 minute walk to Emart for all your shopping/grocery needs.
The apartment also has high-speed Internet access, heating, air conditioning, washer & dryer, and all the amenities.
I own the apartment and am Korean-American. I am more than willing to help you settle in and answer any questions you might have about the apartment as well as the surrounding area.
I am looking for a mature, responsible, trust-worthy person who will take great care of the apartment during their stay.
I am FLEXIBLE on the dates of rental. Apartment is available February 7, 2011. Just e-mail me the dates you require.
Security deposit would be 3 months rent -- depending on length of lease. 1 million won per month. Management Fee/Utilities are extra and run approximately 150,000-170,000 won per month.
