Does anyone know whether CIBC visa cards work in ATMs? I tried KB and NH banks but they were declined. Would appreciate the advice. |

You need to find one of the "international" ATMs.
They are usually branded "NICE" and have all the usual symbols for international cards (rather than just VISA/MC).
You can often find them in convenience stores and subway stations.
SOME banks (often KEB (not to be confused with KB*))have one in the lobby (along with the row of domestic ATMs). Just look for it. It will be marked.

what the second poster said.
subways and convenience stores are your best bet. the atms should have a 'foreigner card' option. |
