There's lots of them. Stayed in a couple in that area. But would never do it again. Really dirty and discusting. I'd go over near Namboo bus terminal instead. But be wary, increasing xenophobia has meant some will not rent to you and may come up with lame excuses.

just need somewhere to crash for a few hours so will give it a go it a go in Sillim - there will be a big group of us (1oish) - but i guess if there are lots that wouldnt be a problem ???

Jeez louise.....I'm not claiming that there isn't a certain level of xenophobia out there, but come on....

If every expat here made the tiniest effort to learn even the smallest amount of Korean (yes, I realize that is far too much to ask a lot of people), enough to get a motel room, the x word wouldn't get tossed around like confetti here. There is a difference between xenophobia and a language barrier.

Yes, unpopular opinion, but *beep* y'all, I don't care.
