I randomly was on the Old Navy website today and found out that you can now get international shipping. This includes Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Piperlime(shoes) and Athleta. The fee is a bit steep, but for those who are big and tall and have trouble buying decent clothes in Korea this may be an option. I did a test run pretending I was going to buy a pair of pants, two sweaters, a swim suit, and flip flops and the total was a little over 200,000 won....shipping and all.

Happy shopping to all!

The stores in Korea are geared toward typical Asian dimensions from what I've seen(I am average size, but am considered large in Korean stores). Gap and Old Navy USA have special sizing for big and tall.

I once stopped in a Gap store here and the largest jean size that they carried was an 8. A few weeks later, I went to the Secondhand Rose shop on the U.S. Army base and found a pair of Gap jeans in a size 10 that fit me perfectly. If I could lose a little weight, I could shop more...but when I'm trying to save money, that's not an incentive.
