For cooler summer days/fall I love the day-to-day no effort required slacks in blue/tan, blue button down dress shirt, and tan/gray/navy jacket, usually nylon.

I call it hte construction site architect look. Casual enough to wear when walking around the site, professional enough to sit in the portable and hold a meeting. Sure you look a little old, but that's the point. I also like how you could range from being a water meter reader to being a president of a plastics company in that outfit or...a teacher.

Keep 5 cheap blue shirts and 5 pairs of slacks you don't mind getting dirty. Great for elementary school. Switch jacket to match the pants. Comfortable with the layers and the jacket pockets. "Adult" enough that you can deal with the police and be taken seriously.

After work head out to the soju tent with a buddy and do the whole work sucks routine.

Kind of eerie you are describing the exact outfit I am wearing this second...

You can't beat a nice brand new brown pair of Clarks Wallabees, the ones with the crepe sole. Shame they only last about 2 months though...

If it looks good, rock on. You don't know how long that hair will be there!

Sigh.... ^^

Too true... too true...

Right, back to flopping exhausted and weary on the bed and listening to Morrissey for catharsis and stories of lives I can relate to lol...

I'm pretty casual in and outside of work.

Skinny jeans, Urban Outfitters, and some Nike SB's, Chuck Taylors, or my most recent pair of shoes....

I said earlier I'm really picky about shoes; that's probably an understatement. I'm REALLY REALLY REALLY F'ING PICKY about shoes... and the shoes in your link, my friend, are some nice shoes.

Thank you sir, as am I. They're on sale on ccs.com if you're interested. It's a skate shoe, but doesn't really come off as one. I really like plain and simple clothes/shoes.

I pretty much wear ultimately neutral clothing. A shirt that's the wrong size - This could be for old men OR teenagers - And jeans. Pretty much every day ever.

I forgot about what fashion was ever since... Well I never actually learnt. I was always out of the loop.

This is entirely the route I follow in life - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66c7el1E11o

I like blacks, greys, and navy blues. I miss my uniforms. I am most comfortable in a pair of jeans, dock martins, and a dickey's shirt.

Geez, you guys are going to be old before your time. How old you are is determined, not by your physical appearance, but by how you think. I have respect for that 60 year old broad that dresses like a 25 year old hooker. She ain't giving up like society would like her to do. She is doing what she wants to do and not what others dictate she should do. Respect. Does she look bad? Probably. But hey, she is living life on her terms.

Also, I know these two Korean chicks that constantly talk about age. They are pushing 30 and already are so concerned about it. The truth is...they've already lost. As each year goes on, due to their obsession with age, they'll actually age exponentially because they already think that way. They are already defeated. Too bad, so sad. It doesn't matter what you wear, folks. Who gives a crap? Live your own life on your terms.

You're right. He probably has no sense of humor and couldn't grasp subtlety if it hit him with a forklift. Unlike the posters on this - hey, wait.

Sure, you do. If you notice a receding scalp or a bald spot, just get the appropriate meds. I pay like $100/year to keep my hair, and I just pop a pill once a day. My maternal grandfather balded by 35. I'll have a full head of hair.

I'm 26 and most of the time I just wear a collared, short sleeved cotton shirt in just about any color. I guess that's called a polo shirt but not RL Polo brand. Most of mine are from Banana Republic.

That, with a pair of khaki pants or blue jeans, and either Nike AF1's if I want to be more casual or brown Cole Haan loafers if I want to be more business casual.

Takes no effort, feels comfortable, looks nice and age appropriate.

When I'm feeling very casual or hanging out with mostly young people, I'll break out a band t-shirt.

But yeah I really don't put much effort into my personal appearance, I prefer to let my personality and actions do the talking rather than my clothes/shoes/hair.

Do they have that for grey hair? All the men on my mom's side of the family went grey in their 20's and I'm already noticing my own hair starting to go grey at 26. There's no pill for that, is there?
