Oh wow! Sounds awesome. I love Seattle but wonder what it was like then. I was around 4 years old in '91. Nice call on Temple of the Dog--as well as the others, but not too many folks know about TotD.
Have you been back to check out the Experience Music Project, by any chance? Pretty cool. Last time I went, they had a Jimi exhibit. |
I'd say a fair share of people born in the US in the late '70s and early '80s know exactly who Temple of the Dog was! |

I'm from Portland and have family that lives in the suburbs of Seattle. I haven't checked out the EMP yet. I know people who have and they liked it. The only thing I usually do in Seattle is visit family and go to sporting events.
After 20 years I can still remember the lyrics of those songs. Even if I haven't heard them in a long time. I must have a grunge locker somewhere in my thinker that stores that stuff. |
Oh nice.I'm from Vancouver and all my friends stay in Portland. I'll be moving to NW Portland when I return home. |
NW Portland is nice. It's the trendy area of Portland these days. SE is grungy, NE is dark , SW is also nice.
The Portland Timbers join the MLS next season and the stadium is on NW 23rd ave. Should be fun times. |

hahahhaa not even close! the 80's destroyed the 90's musically and culturally. I don't know how it was up their in Ireland. but the 80's had all the legends. |
