I know there are lots of English speakers in Changwon and Busan, but I was wondering if there are any in Jinhae? So far I haven't come across one.

Hey, I'm in Jinhae. I know what you mean, I have not met any foreigners here. I am in Seok-dong to be more specific. Drop me a line if you want to chat or meet up at some point.

There are a few, Chinhae is a nice little town that is only minutes by bus away from Changwon and Masan. There used to be a ferry that would take you to Pusan as well, I'm assuming it's still there. I'd love to go back to Chinhae, I lived there back in 1996 and loved it.

I lived there for two years. There are a number of waygooks living in town but they go out to the bars in changwon mostly. There is a bar down by mcdonalds called Baba bar that you may run into some navy guys and engineers at. At the very least it has a pool table. I still know a fair bunch of people in town, drop me a pm and I'll help you out
