I won't (and can't) comment on this- nor will I comment on the existence of Evans Military Research Facility (Area-51) located on Nellis AFB.
The only thing I will say is that stealth technology was WAY ahead of its time. |

The aliens put all their financial resources into building super high tech space craft that can travel millions of light years in a blink of an eye, and because of that they cant really afford to train their pilots. |

Ironically, this is one of the only times I will ever say this- no comment. |

Aircraft designed has changed some much since WWII. I think its influenced by materials recovered from downed space craft. Look the evolution of the US bombers, B-52 -- B-1 Lancer and then B-2 stealth anti gravity bomber-2Billion dollars a piece, too expensive to even use. The B-2 is so radically different and cant even fly without the aid of computers due to its dimensions. Why would it cost 2Billion dollars a piece?
It's been applied to ships, as well. A combination of radar absorbent materials and something to do with angles. |

You never heard of optimization (in the context of calculus)? Obviously, if one puts more money into research, more creative and better solutions are more likely to be found. |

UFOs aside, the physics of how a "stealth" aircraft reduces its radar signature aren't particularly complicated. It's a combination of radar absorbent materials and angles designed to deflect radar waves away from their source. Both of these things can be developed with nothing more than a pile of funding and some trial and error.
If you want to see some complicated physics, take a look at how nano-machines are made using particles that exist in several places at once. |

But the original concept started in the late 1950's.
