In some of the big markets in kitchen supply areas I've seen small chillers (plate chillers?) like some hofs have. The keg just sits on the floor and the beer is chilled as it flows through the machine. Not sure how much they want for them though, sorry.
I built myself a kegerator but had to order the taps and tower from abroad. You'll probably have to do the same if you go this route. Here is a picture of it:

I brew my own beer and keg it instead of bottling. There is a shop in Seoul that sells used kegs, but not the parts (he might now, but didn't a few years ago.) which you need to order from abroad. I have 5 kegs which is enough to let my beer age for 6~8 weeks before rotating it into the fridge.
