I have quite a few books I don't wanna throw away but I'm leaving in a month. Whats the best way to send these back to the UK (home country)?

(Im going to China)

I usually send mine back via surface mail at the local post office. It takes a while for them to arrive, but it's not incredibly expensive. I usually try to include some packing material inside the box, however, and tape all of the box's edges/seams to keep them from wearing out on what seems to be a long and bumpy boat ride.
