Get into the new rythm of my new job.

Have gone to regular 8.30am - 4.30pm hours and a large five room airy apt to 2.30pm - 9pm and a one room and obviously new unfamilliar surroundings.

It's thrown my head right off track. Sleep really weird hours, haven't even unpacked or cleaned and made the apt home yet.

Someone needs to sort his stuff out tonight methinks.

Need to get to bed by 11.30pm and up by 9am and not go to bed at 3am and up at 1pm just because I can because the sleep I get when I do that is damned awful and I'm wired / exhausted the next day and all my days consist of is bed and work which is NOT a good lifestyle at all!

They will when the electricity goes down.

And Indian history is nice for socializing and general enrichment. I mean, 1 billion people are part of that tradition. Only arrogance would allow one to assume that such knowledge is without value.

This isn't some McGuyver list, this is for your own personal enrichment. I can already fly a plane and I've already flown a helicopter, so I want something else.

Flying a plane may sound like fun, but it involves countless hours of maintenance and for you to have the personality of an accountant.

From what I understand there is quite a difference in horsemanship when you start getting into things like jumping over an obstacle and the like.

Woops. Ah well.

But yeah in a Bell-47 you basically are in a glass bowl looking out over everything and you are flying by a stick and not a yoke. You feel that if you make the slightest error you will pitch over and die. In a piston engine light aircraft if you start to roll you can straighten out and glide. In a helicopter you are dead.

In a homebuilt you fell like you can shift your yoke by 30 degrees either way and still be fine. In a Bell you feel like if you make a 30 degree maneuver it is straight down into that earth you see beneath you.

Now real intense for homebuilt aircraft is flying into Oshkosh during the EAA airshow. It is a bit unsettling to know that the busiest airport in the world at that moment is having its control tower telling you to communicate not via radio but by "rocking your wings". Combine that with probably 100 aircraft in that airspace and that is INTENSE. But man, I'd give anything to go through that again with dad at the stick.

I have no idea what to do with those little statues. Although I won't shy away from using a chess board for checkers.
