Hi,
My e2 visa has been renewed/transfered to different companies two years in a row. I supplied a cbc last year.
What i would like to know is what documents do i need to get a new e2 visa at the end of february 2011? I have not and don't intend to leave Korea for over 30 days. Do i need another criminal background check? What do i need to do with my diploma?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hope i am giving myself plenty of time to get everything i need. |

which country are you from? - process differs slightly (ie FBI check).
(I wish there was an up-to-date sticky about this - Id do it myself if I knew all the details...) |

Sorry. I should have included the fact that I am from the UK. |

Don't quote me on this but I believe you'll need a notarised and apostilled copy of your diploma (NOT the original), a notarised and apostilled cbc, though since you've already provided one previously you might not need to submit another one, a signed contract, copy of your CV etc...I'm sure other posters out there i.e. Ttompatz, can be of more help. However, if you're currently in Korea it might just be best to contact immigration yourself and ask them. |
