Thats crazy. The guy has raped numerous people, pleads guilty to it, and only gets probation? I thought Korea was bad in sentencing rapists. In the US, rapists don't even go to jail.

You should know by now that rape is only of great concern if foreigners are doing it. Wink

But seriously, that is disgraceful. However, unsurprising. Rape doesn't get treated seriously enough in the courts.
