Buy marrow bones, make it yourself. It takes about twenty minutes of prep and then you let it sit on the stove on low heat stirring it occasionally for three hours while you watch whatever internet TV suits your fancy. You can make a really big batch and freeze it. I'm assuming even if you do find the canned stuff here it's going to cost you way more than it's worth.

You can find beef or chicken bouillon cubes at foreign/black markets.

Try this:

http://www.homeplus.co.kr/partnerGate_naver.jsp?extends_id=naver&service_cd=56010&nexturl=%2Fapp.product.GoodDetail.ghs%3Fcomm%3Dusr.detail%26good_id%3D000045500

Can be found at any store. On the front of the package it says in English "Ottogi Beef Bone Stock". It's usually found in the soup aisle, around 2,000won.

Not sure if it exactly the same flavour as homemade beef broth, but it's a good substitute. I use this stuff in recipes when it calls for beef broth, and it's a heck of a lot healthier, I'm sure, than oxo bouillon cubes that are jammed packed with sodium.

Also try your local Asian market. They have beef, chicken and lamb cubes (in packets) that you can use for broth.

It's cheap as well
