I just found out some new information about this yesterday so am sharing. I got my employer to contact the KCUE to verify my degree so I wouldn't have to send it back home.
When I first called the Immigration office about this they said we could do it this way. However KCUE has apparently said they are no longer providing this service and now we can only have it done in our home countries.
Not sure about other countries but as a South African my only other option now is to send it to the Legalisation Section of the Korean embassy at home for an Aposille stamp (according the emabassy here).  |
