|
|
I am at my wits end here as I have been literally sitting here for HOURS trying to figure out what is going on.
I had online banking with NH while I was in Korea, then switched to KEB right before I left because I had read they are much more reliable and easier to use when you're out of Korea.
I'm trying to transfer my money home with KEB and it is not letting me because it says I already have a certificate at another bank. I tried to do the 'register certificate of other bank' but it can't find the certificate on my hard drive (and neither can I!) although when I login to NH it says the certificate is on my hard drive. I have NO IDEA what to do. Does anyone know what to do? I've tried calling KEB's English line but it keeps telling me all lines are busy and call back later. |

There should be a button that says copy. You should be able to copy it to a flash drive or to another computer. |

Have you tried importing certificate through the Korean version of KEB website? Respective locations of text/icon are matched one-on-one (almost) between English and Korean versions of the website. I take it you were able to log onto KEB with your user ID but it's only the certificate you're having problems with? |

I believe there is an option to cancel the certificate from your other bank. Look for that. Do that first then issue a new one. |
