I got mine in four days, but I think that it can take anwhere from 3 days to 14 days depending on how your school is about handing documents into the proper offices quickly. |

A recruiter told me that usually its within 14 days, but because of the changes in legislation to expect anything from 2-6 weeks |

AFTER your school hands it to immigration, provided there is no problem with any of the documentation, it will take from 4-10 WORKING days to issue a visa confirmation number.
If you apply during a busy time (like the beginning of term) it will take longer (especially at busy offices like Suwon or Seoul). If you apply mid-term it is usually pretty quick.
