Can anyone direct me to what I need to do?
We recently got out son onto my wife's visa as a dependent- no problem. But was a bit tough communicating with immigration officer and he had a line of people.
I know what is required to become a dependent, my info, stuff from wife's job, etc. But what about ending my old contract? What kind of documents, etc do I need? My contract is not over, my job is working with me and willing to help- but I need to tell them what to do.
Anyone know what is needed to show immigration I am ending my job at one place- on good terms- and going onto my wife's visa as a dependent to watch the baby?

Just inform them that you quit. If you can obtain a LOR then all the better.
Other than that, you need the same documentation as you did for your child with the exception that you need a marriage certificate instead of your birth certificate (to prove the family relationship).

Just for clarification, Does your wife need to have a job to "support" you for an F-1?

Just for clarification, Does your wife need to have a job to "support" you for an F-1?

For the OP it was for an F3 and yes, she needs a job.
For you, having a Korean wife with an F4, and you having an F1 = no.
