I'm not sure about the best buy on this lens. I was walking around and popped into a Canon store today just out of curiosity of the price on this lens. It was marked at 1,735,000. The shop owner agreed to take 1,600,000 cash. I'm sure I could of haggled it down to 1,580,000. Yes, it was new, certified, and had the warranty. |

| Actually the OP's price isn't that bad for Korea. However, Canon has recently released a newer version 2 of this lens, so you can expect it to continue to drop in price. |

You are completely wrong. There is no release yet. The average DSLR owner cannot afford this lens. The ones who can already know all about the Canon rumors and what this lens can do and cannot do. |
