| There's an Anycall service center on the second floor of a Samsung Electronics store on the main drag between Samgakji and Seoul Station. If you're heading from Samgakji it'll be on the right side of the street. That's about as central as you can get in Seoul. |

So, I made it the AS center today and again was very impressed with the whole service.
Korean AS centers (well Samsung anyway) don't mess about.
As usual, they fixed the phone on the spot and they made the experience of going there kind of pleasurable..
While waiting (10 mins) for the phone to be fixed, I could use internet, have some coffee or sit down in a really comfortable chair and watch TV..all for free of course.
The last time I went to an AS center (very similar one) they repaired my phone for free.. This time around the guy said he should replace the film inside the phone which was damaged for 24,000. I agreed and was happy to get my phone back again as good as new..in such a short time..
The center was near Sookmyeong Univ Station Exit 1- just walk for about a minute towards Seoul Station..
The opening hours there are 9am- 6pm..
Happy Customer |
