At the time, Hartless claimed his experience after biting into the Southwestern Whopper caused him "sustained pain and suffering, vomiting, nightmares, mental and emotional distress" and medical expenses. He couldn't be reached for comment Friday. |
Unfortunately, the terms of the settlement have not been disclosed. I personally would have initially sought at least a trillion bucks, but would have agreed to less since the condom was unwrapped.
If it was unwrapped I would have sought two trillion.
Why can't I get a condom or a rat's head or something in a fast food chain burger? Some guys get all the luck.
Remember the finger in a burger (Wendy's?) that turned out to be the plaintiff's boyfriend's who had cut it off while working as a machinist or something? An overall good idea if you can't do anything else with the finger, but they didn't cover their tracks very well and got busted.

Next time you order, make sure you ask for all the condiments. |

Go into a fast food chain restaurant. Act like a jerk. Order a burger. Take the burger to a lab. Test for saliva and, or, semen. Contact a lawyer. |

I'm telling ya, the Korean ATM cash Jaws of Death door is the ticket. A pinky tip should be good for 500,000 at least. |

http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/Crime/2010/01/20/12551251-qmi.html
TORONTO -- A well-known Toronto restaurateur is set to make his first court appearance after allegations that he defrauded a handful of Toronto investors out of more than $1 million.
He is accused of bilking investors across the GTA out of their life savings one man allegedly lost $500,000 after convincing them through a series of forged letters and contracts that they were buying McDonalds restaurants along the Hwy. 407 corridor in Thornhill. |

Sorry, this is BUSINESS news, not FASTFOOD news.
I would doubt you'd find a finger in your french fries or a couple going to town in the playground area outside like what one would find happening at McDonalds in Mexico...uhm...I mean, the US |

Chicken head found in order of chicken wings!
http://www.allvoices.com/contributed-news/6788933-chicken-head-found-in-order-of-chicken-wings
A take-out snack of fried chicken wings turned into stomach curdling horror for an Ottawa woman who says she found a deep-fried chickens HEAD among her order. It was absolutely disgusting, says horrified Karen Cook, who was in Toronto on business last month when she got an unwelcome surprise on her plate.
It was really gross, Karen said. The deep-friend head still had the beak and eyes attached. She says the sight was so horrifying that she cant bring herself to eat wings anymore.
Reader comment...
"Now that is an amazing find...I would have died on the spot." |

Sorry this is news about crime. There was no business involved, it was a crime.
Not knowing the difference between business and crime, you are like the guy in the story about a couple who are in the iron and steel business.
She stays home and irons, he goes out and steals. |
