Am looking for a second hand negative scanner or information on where to buy one new in Seoul.

My school has one for all the professional photographers we have teaching at my school. I asked where to buy one and they pointed me to this -

but those are not "true" negative scanners. Those are basically a camera that takes a picture of your negative. Okay, but not really great quality. I'm looking more for a flatbed negative scanner.
