| Indiana Jones 4 - seconded. I loved the trilogy and had such high hopes for 4. Unfortunately, it just turned out to be so...dumb. The flying refrigerator and the UFO were just too much. |

I could get behind both of those easier than the Tarzan yell/vine-swinging and the utter stupidity of the sidekick character. |

Yes. I read right to the end hoping to find the so-called controversial bit and was so disappointed, plus confused as to why it had ever been banned.

and again...shudder. Apart from the fact that it had the most ridiculous plot ever, they all looked so old! They should have been allowed to stay young and attractive in our memory of the original movies.
The Breakfast Club - I heard many people (ok, probably the peers of my teen years) rave about this film. When I finally saw it, I was punished for my delusional thought that such a film could ever be good.
Ilchulbong (the crater on the east side of Jeju). Came nowhere near to living up to the pictures I've seen of it.
Emirates Airlines - where does their good reputation come from? Aeroflot gave at least as good service and food for heaven's sake! |
