I am thinking about changing from EPIK to SMOE. If anyone has any advice about a few questions I'd really appreciate it, thanks.
1. Turn in application for SMOE
2. Get a hold of all my documents (apostille degree, apostille STATE background check, transcripts)
I am a bit clueless on what I really need...
-Can I get an apostille of my degree/state background check done anywhere in Korea? (US Embassy?)
-I have my state background check from last year (for when I applied for EPIK), can I have this apostille'd again somewhere here in Korea? Or, do I have to somehow get fingerprints done, then get a NEW background check, etc...?
-Transcripts I assume just order them to my address in the States, then have those mailed over to me here in Korea?
**I say STATE background check because I have heard recently that for the FIRST renewal of E-2 visa they don't need the federal background check, that state will be fine.
Thanksssss |
