I have a couple of questions, going off topic but seems like you got the info you wanted so hope you dont mind!
1. Just out of curiosty, why don't consider Kyungsung to be a "destination" area? I'd go as far as saying it would be one of the most popular places for anyone to live, given the choice, after they had spent a year in Busan. Haeundae, Gwanganlli, Seomyeon and Kyungsung, where else is there in terms of destination locations?
2. Which form of transport are you using to commute. 3 times a week I travel from my school in Danggam-dong, to my apartment in Buam-Dong, get shaved and change clothes and then travel to seomyeon and on to Kyungsung and that takes me arround 50 minutes during a bad time for traffic (5.30pm-6.30pm,2 buses and 1 subway). 1 hour and 15 minutes seems really excessive, maybe there is a better way?
Just being nosey, please feel free to ignore!! |

No problem, litebear, I don't mind answering. ^^
1. I agree with you that there are definitely awesome things about the Kyungsung area - that's why I want to move there! But what I mean is that I can't see hoards of people requesting it specifically. I would think the order of most requested places would be along the lines of: Haeundae, Seomyeon, PNU, Gwangalli, and then maybe Centum City or Kyungsung tied.
2. So I can either:
-Leave my house at 5:45
-Walk to the subway (15 minutes)
-Ride the subway from Gaya to Kyungsung (30 minutes)
-Wait for a bus (5 minutes)
-Take the bus to Yongho-dong (15 minutes)
-Arrive at 6:50
OR
-Leave my house at 5:35
-Walk to the bus stop (5 minutes)
-Take the bus to Namgu (30 minutes)
-Wait for another bus (5 minutes)
-Take the bus to Yongho-dong (20 minutes)
-Arrive at 6:45
So skipping the subway adds about 5 minutes to my commute, but I haaaaate the subway, so I don't mind. But I dream about the day it takes 15 minutes tops to get to practice...and then back home again!! ~
Hope I answered your questions. ^^ |
