Do pokerstars freerolls count?
I gave up playing for cash long ago, but I have won a few freeroll tournaments and got tickets to cash prize tournies as prizes. |

Civ 5, all the way. the game sucked me in big time.
totally epic. such a great implementation of new features and ideas.
plays a lot different from previous civs (due to one army per hex rule and overall change of how diplomacy and warfare work)
by far one of the best if not the best games this year. I was hoping Napoleon would have been as revolutionary, but it was more of a mod than a new game.
Civ 5 however is a huge step forward.
My only beef with it is the sluggish performance on high resolution and detail even on a somewhat powerful computer. |

"Lost in Shadow" on Wii. The Japanese NTSC version is entirely in English except for the title screen. It's good, and comparable to, but not as epic as "Ico" and "Shadow of the Colossus".
I might have to buy a PS3 for Ueda's next game, if it ever gets finished. |

Huh, different strokes for different folks, I guess. On the CivFanatics Forums there are plenty of users who do not like Civ 5 at all and have gone back to Civ 4. Many were quite bored with Civ 5. I have bought nearly every iteration of Civilization, but not Civ 5, and I don't plan on buying it anytime soon. I don't like the idea 1 UPT -- give me a SOD any day. I also don't like how Firaxis teamed up with Steam here. I'm still enjoying Civ 4 -- since I've got the complete edition (with Warlords and BtS), I've been playing the Koreans lately. |

Right now I'm working my way through Picross 3D on the DS. Epic, I know!
I'm also slowly slogging through the unlockables in SSBB on the wii, I can see myself giving up on many of them though: Play 100 hours of brawls?!? |
They expect you to get those 100 hours in multiplayer. Back in college I remember racking up maybe somewhere near a thousand hours on SSBM on the GC.
I would kill for some good 4 player SSBM right now... |

if my laptop was working,
Victoria 2, Crusader Kings and Europa Univeralis 3
as it isn't, I am using my PS# to play Madden 11, FIFA 11, NHL 11, NBA 2k11 and the history Channel Medieval battles. |

Count me among those unimpressed with Civ 5. Played it for one night and lost interest which kind of hurts me inside. Glad I didn't pay for it. Guess I am going to have to stick to Empire for my time killer |

Tried Civ 5, started off promising but soon got bored.
Now playing Age of Empires III it's so much fun. |

Just picked up Fable 3 and will undoubtedly be playing that along with a few games of NHL 2011. |
