3. If I got down on my hands and knees and kowtowed to you, would you then consider dropping the 500,000 won fine?

4. Are you telling me that everything that Mr. Lee told me on the phone is garbage, and now I've got to do everything you want me to do?

5. Why not just do it the way they do it in the West~ have half the people take their lunch break from 11:30-12:30 and the thother half from 12:30-1:30 and not close the place down, what do you say?

6. You mean, I can book an appointment on the Internet and you'll actually honor it?!

yeah f**k them.. I think they try to make things as difficult as possible.

I love the one where you ring up immigration and ask them a question and they give you another number to call.. You call the new number and they tell you to call the previous number.. Fun for the whole family Mad

I found bringing a little bottle of Maeshile juice helped to lubricate & speed up the process. Cool

I have always wondered if some of those muslims they ticked off through en-masse deportation are going to get even somehow. Makes me scared to go in the place.

What I love most about Korean immigation, is no matter what the law actually states, they all have their own interpretation. Ulsan is different from Pusan, who is different from Masan, who thinks that immigration at airports are a waste of resources and don't know anything. Beauracracy at its best. Long live Korean immigartion! Smile

If I ever hear the following response at Immigration, "I'm not sure, but I'll go find out for you", that'll be the time to look around for the four horsemen.
