I basically cried like a bitch when I had to say goodbye to my girlfriend at Incheon airport. But a girl wasn't reason enough for me to stay in Korea any longer when every fiber of my being was screaming at me to GET OUT!
We're in a long-distance relationship now though, and she's not Korean so she won't stay there forever either. I will probably go to her country when she leaves Korea, but she also might come to mine. |

The first example of somebody actually leaving Korea and the girlfriend behind. Every single example so far I've heard on here are people hating the country but 'if it wasn't for my girlfriend, I'd be out of here... but it still means I'm going to live here for as long as possible'.

Read somewhere in uni about the Greeks and catharsis, was that crying good for you or something? Cleansing out stress and giving relief, something like when traumatic experiences and losing friends in battle and all that? No? How far off base am I there chief? |
Not sure This was aimed at me so I'll say... pretty far off. |
