I agree. I'm almost certain to get a Galaxy tab. The iPad is a beautiful machine, but too limited and proprietary for my tastes.

| from what i read from the net they will release it tomorrow. i saw some ad in gmarket but was written in hangul no idea what it was saying. if you can read hangul try searching for SHW-M180S, i believe it is the model no. of galaxy tab in korea. |

My boss teased me this morning asking if I want him to buy me a Galaxy Tab. I went  and more and asked if it's already released. He laughed and say, "No, not yet. Now wipe that drool off your face." |

Maybe it was today ( Nov 4) as there were a heap of Galaxy Tab painted taxis on the forecourt at Samsung d'light at the Samsung Electronics HQ Building outside exit 4 , Gangnam Stn. at lunchtime.
Lots of people milling around the doors and plenty of banners and pole advertising all over the area. didn't see any dancing girls tho'.

If Samsung really do release their Tab at a higher price than the Ipad then they are going to get absolutely creamed......but I wouldn't put it past them.....they think Koreans will just buy anything at any price that has the Samsung name on it.....and they're mostly correct!!
But fashion-conscious Koreans apparently have a thing for Apple products now. The game has changed. |
