Do a search for Wonderland. Then make a better plan.

I have heard of a few reasonable branches of Wonderland, but the other poster is right. This franchise has a horrible reputation with native English speaking teachers. I know someone who works at one. Expect a lot of teaching hours every week, weekly tests, monthly tests and reports, annual student evaluations, teaching math and science classes, Saturday fieldtrips, etc, etc. It's ultimately your choice, and not every Wonderland is the same, but the negative stories far outweigh the positive ones on the Internet and by word of mouth. By the way, have you been offered a contract?

I was just offered a contract and will be speaking with the current teacher tonight or tomorrow. I'd love to just start working, but it sounds like I should be really cautious on this one. I've got a lot of other options brewing.

Well I don't know about Wonderland, but I worked in Sokcho for 3 years and I am sorry I left. It would be virtually impossible to return since public school positions are rotated and Sokcho is in the highest demand. But if you have an opportunity to live in Sokcho, do it. It is the best place to live in Korea.
