Are you calling a mobile or a landline number in AUS?
If it's the latter, try an indirect connection for which you pay whatever domestic call rate applied to you.
There are a few gateway numbers with almost identical services;
1544-0044 or 1688-0044 or 1688-5959 or 1600-0030 etc.
Call one of those numbers, punch in the Australian number you wish to call without international call prefix. (e.g. 'automated blah blah' + 61-2-xxxx-xxxx) |
