Hi there,

I am looking for a contact in Bucheon that can check a school for me. I am interviewing with a Hagwon and would like some nice person to see if it is a reputable place to work. If you can, post here, then we can PM later.

If so, when I get there, you can show me around and I'll spot the first round!

It is a christian school in bucheon. That's all i'm getting at this point. When i interview I'll have more information, I'm sure.

Has anybody heard of Jungchul or MBC in Asan?

I know of 2 in Bucheon, there may be 3...My husband works at one and its definitely a good school, But I don't think they are hiring till next year, so that probably isn't the school...

I dont know the name of the other, but have you heard of Bob Jones University? If not look it up, this school is structured in the same way. They have a loong set of ridiculous rules they expect employees and students to follow and will discipline you if you break them. Basically expect no social life. Let me know the name and I can try to give you more details.

With Christian schools in Korea, you have to be very careful because they tend to try to get away with quite a bit "because you're Christian." No, its not right, but in my experience, that is howe it is. TALK TO CURRENT OR PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES

It could be SDA in Jung Dong near Hundai Dept. Store. They have a lot of students, use computers to practice speaking, they have to pray every class, it would be a secure job I guess.

I figured it out. It is KICSchool (Korea Internation Christian School).

Anybody know this school?
