I'd like to be able to 'bounce' films, photos, etc from my Mac to my TV without needing a thumb drive or burning to disk. Anyone know of a device which will let me 'wireless-ly' communicate to the TV like this?

Why do you need to store anything on your TV? Why not just get a miniDV to HDMI adaptor or miniDV to VGA adaptor and run it to your TV?

I stream movies wirelessly to my Wii, but it's tricky to set up.
Apple TV will work provided Itunes accepts the content you want to stream. That means pirated movies might not work.

Or, as said above, just get a cable to connect.

I roll with mini DVI to DVI apple cable into dvi to hdmi adapter and use a 6' hdmi cable. apple-provided cables are too short and hdmi cables can be as long as you want.

Thanks chaps.

red_devil - I don't want to store stuff on my TV it's just at the moment I'm burning films to disks and then watching which is a bit of a pain.

I've thought about running cables from the Mac to the TV, but they are in separate rooms so that's not ideal.

I may just get a 1TB storage which hooks to the TV and move over a bunch of films at a time.

The ideal would be wireless, but I do watch the 'occasional' pirated download, and I'd like to be able to bring up the computer screen on the TV.
