is it true that from september 1st - immigration are keeping diplomas when you apply for a n E-2 visa ????

i'm confused
is the case now they don't want originals because they are keeping them ??
ergo if they have someones original - they would take a copy in exchange for the original back ?

That keeps changing doesn't it. First they want the original, then a certified one, then the original. They keep going back and forth. I wish they could make up their minds. |

They did - use a copy with an apostille affixed (or embassy certified if you are Canadian) and the nonsense stops.
